아니카 나일스가 쓴 드럼 패드 연습을 위한 교본으로 일반적인 박자와 홀수 박자에서의 액센트와 프레이징, 변박자, 손의 독립성, 폴리 리듬 등 일반 드럼 교본에도 똑같이 적용될 수 있는 드럼의 기본 테크닉들을 종합적으로 소개하고 있습니다.
